Automation of processes and workflows:the solution shall allow the digitization and / or automation of integral (horizontal or vertical) processes and other internal process management functions.

Integration with various platforms:the solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.

Updated:the solution must be updated with new versions.

Scalable:the solution must be able to adapt to possible growth or changes in the business structure of the pyme.

Training in general IA fundamentals for process management:training to prepare employees for the functions described above, which will include:

• Basic foundations:approximation of existing legislation and related ethical and safety risks.
• Specific training in:automation and optimization of workflows (accounting and finance, billing, projects, inventory, purchases and payments, human resources, logistics and others), financial management, data interpretation and continuous learning.
• Duration:The training shall have a total duration of 20h over two months for each of the users defined by segment.
• Human Instructor:The training will be provided by a human instructor at the disposal of users, both in a face-to-face and online manner.
• Completion Diploma:A certificate of skills acquired in IA shall be issued at the end of the training. "

Our Prices Associated with this Service:

For companies of 50 * ≤ X < 100 employees: €16,000 (includes 20 users and minimum training to 3 of them in associated IA)

For companies with 100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €19,000 (includes 25 users and minimum training for 5 of them in associated IA)

* In segment IV, less than 50 employees are included as medium-sized enterprises by exceeding the annual turnover and annual balance sheet of EUR 10 million.
