Digitization and / or automation of processes and workflows:: have digitized and / or automated processes such as:

Accounting / finance: accounts receivable / payable, asset management and the generation of closures and balances, etc.

Invoice: automation of billing processes with the generation of budgets, albarans and invoices, adapted to the requirements of article 29.2.j of Law 58 / 2003 of 17 December, General Tax, and its implementing regulations.

Projects: budget control, costs, estimates, resource optimization, etc.

Inventory: foresight, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc.

Procurement and payments: order management and suppliers.

Human resources: human resources management, payroll, etc.

Logistics: fleet and route management, among others.

Horizontal solution is the one that groups or supports several processes of the value chain, while vertical solution is the one that supports a single process within the value chain of your pyme.

Integration with various platforms: the solution will have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.

Updated: you will access solution updates with new versions.

Scalable: if your company grows or changes structurally, the solution will be adapted to these changes.

Compliance: you may ensure compliance with the applicable rules, in particular the Regulation governing the billing obligations of Royal Decree 1619 / 2012, and any implementing rules.

Individual modules: new individual modules can be incorporated, these being those that group or support a single subprocess of the value chain of your pyme, on an existing process management solution. However, it cannot consist of the development, progress, increase or enrichment of the services and functionalities of the existing solution. Nor can it be the update due to releases that the supplier publishes on a software version, or upgrades or improvement of existing versions. The new individual module that is introduced must meet all the requirements set out in the bases of this category and must be offered at market price.

For companies with 0 < 3 employees: €2,000 (includes 1 user)

For companies with 3 < 9 employees: €3,000 (includes 3 users)

For companies with 10 < 50 employees: €6,000 (includes 10 users)

For companies of 50 * ≤ X < 100 employees: €15,000 (includes 20 users)

For companies with 100 ≤ X < 250 employees: €18,000 (includes 25 users)

* Derogation from Article 7.2.d: In segment IV, less than 50 employees are included as medium-sized enterprises by exceeding the annual turnover and annual balance sheet of EUR 10 million.
